Processing and Delivery Times

• Processing Time: Orders require 1 to 3 business days for preparation.

• Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery window is 7 to 15 business days.

 

Order Tracking

• Once your product is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• For real-time tracking, please visit the relevant carrier’s website or tracking portal.

• If you have questions about your shipment status, our support team is at your disposal.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

• Cancellations: Your order will be cancelled and fully refunded provided it is not already in the preparation process or has not yet been shipped. Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
